합격자 명단은 첨부파일에서 확인하실 수 있습니다. 각 팀의 한국인 멘토께서는 배정된 외국인 유학생에게 사전에 연락하여 오리엔테이션에 함께 참석할 수 있도록 안내해 주시기 바랍니다.
팀 매칭은 지원자의 언어 능력을 최대한 반영하여 진행하였으나, 경우에 따라 원활한 소통이 어려울 수 있습니다. 프로그램의 취지에 맞게 외국인 유학생의 학교생활 적응과 한국 문화 이해를 돕고 상호 교류를 확대할 수 있도록 적극적인 참여와 협조를 부탁드립니다.
오리엔테이션 일정 변경 안내

⋅ 장소: 전대학술문화관 1층 대강당
유의사항
⋅ 팀원전체가 참석하는 것이 원칙이며, 불참할 경우 자격이 자동 취소될 수 있습니다. 수업이나 개인사정으로 인해 참석이 어려운 경우, 관련 증빙서류(강의시간표 등)를 제출해 주세요.
⋅ 한국인멘토 중 최소 1명 이상 반드시 참석해야 하며, 현장에서 각 팀의 한국인 대표(팀장)가 선출될 예정입니다.
⋅ 합격하였으나, 활동포기할 경우, 3.11.(수) 오전 11:00까지 이메일 회신해주시기 바랍니다.
※ 별도의 회신 없이 지원을 포기할 경우, 국제협력과에서 운영하는 기타 프로그램 참가에 제한이 있을 수 있으니 참고 부탁드립니다
⋅ 공결서는 현장에서 신청 가능하며, 3월 19일(목) 이후 수령 할 수 있습니다.
⋅ 합격자 명단에 없을 경우, 불합격으로 간주됩니다.
⋅ 프로그램 참가 인원이 많아 팀 변경이 불가능합니다.

Please check the attached file for the list of selected participants. Each team member is kindly asked to contact one another in advance so that all members can attend the orientation together.
Team matching was conducted by reflecting applicants’ language abilities as much as possible. However, in some cases communication may not be completely smooth. In line with the purpose of this program, we ask for your active participation and cooperation to help international students adapt to campus life at Jeonbuk National University, better understand Korean culture, and promote mutual exchange.
Notice of Orientation Schedule Change
Date & Time (Updated): March 17 (Tue), 16:00–17:00
Venue: Main Auditorium, 1st Floor, JBNU Academic & Cultural Center (Please refer to the map.)
Important Notes
In principle, all team members must attend the orientation. If you are absent, your participation may be automatically canceled. If you are unable to attend due to classes or personal circumstances, please submit supporting documents (e.g., class timetable).
At least one Korean mentor from each team must attend, and a Korean team representative (team leader) will be selected on-site.
If you have been selected but wish to withdraw from the program, please reply to this email by March 12 (Wed), 14:00.
※ Please note that withdrawing without prior notice may result in restrictions on participation in other programs organized by the Office of International Affairs.
Official absence letters can be requested at the orientation site and will be available for pickup after March 19 (Thu).
If your name is not listed among the selected participants, it means that you were not selected.
Due to the large number of participants, team changes are not possible.
