- Submit a confirmation paper when receiving financial support from the professor

❼ Proof of Residency (1 Copy of the following)

Mail from Government Offices, House Contract, Notice mail from the Immigration Office, Payment bills (Electricity, water, etc). Dormitory Certificate of Residency or certificate of payment
