모집기간
2026. 3. 24.(화) ~ 3. 30.(월) 12:00까지

활동분야
운동, 춤, 독서, 자원봉사 등 다양한 분야의 동아리

회원 구성
최소 10명 이상 (회장 선임 필수)

회원 자격
전북대학교 재학 중인 외국인 유학생
※ 졸업생, 수료생, 제적생은 가입 불가

운영 조건
① 연 5회 이상 활동
② 동아리 활동 전·후 활동계획서 및 활동보고서 제출 필수

• 활동계획서: 행사 1주일 전 제출

• 활동보고서: 행사 종료 후 3일 이내 제출

지원 내용
동아리 운영비(식비 및 재료비) 지원
※ 동아리 선발 결과에 따라 예산 차등 배정 예정

Recruitment of New International Student Clubs (2026)

Application Period
March 24, 2026 (Tue) – March 30, 2026 (Mon), until 12:00

Activity Fields
Various fields such as sports, dance, reading, volunteer work, etc.

Membership Requirements

• Minimum of 10 members (A president must be appointed)

Eligibility

• International students currently enrolled at Jeonbuk National University
  ※ Graduates, students who completed their program, and expelled students are not eligible

Operating Conditions
① At least 5 activities per year
② Submission of activity plan and activity report before and after each activity is mandatory

• Activity Plan: Submit at least 1 week before the event

• Activity Report: Submit within 3 days after the event

Support

• Club operation funds (meals and materials)
  ※ Budget will be allocated depending on the selection results

成员构成

• 全北大学在读外国留学生
  ※ 毕业生、结业生、退学学生不可申请

运营条件
① 每年至少开展5次活动
② 必须提交活动计划书及活动报告书

• 活动计划书：活动前1周提交

• 活动报告书：活动结束后3日内提交

支持内容

• 社团运营经费（餐费及材料费）
  ※ 根据评选结果差别分配预算

申请方式
填写并准备所有附件材料后，前往国际协力处提交

 선발 안내 

동아리 활동 계획 및 실현 가능성 등을 기준으로 신청서를 심사하여 약 3개 내외 동아리 선발

선발결과는 3월 31일(화) 17:00 이전에 개별 연락 예정

Approximately 3 clubs will be selected based on the evaluation of the application, including activity plans and feasibility

The selection results will be individually notified before 17:00 on March 31 (Tue)

根据社团活动计划及实施可行性等对申请材料进行审核，预计选拔约3个社团

选拔结果将于3月31日（周二）17:00前以个人方式通知
