2026학년도 전기 외국인 특별전형 3차 면접일정을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

면접 대상자 파일 및 면접 일정을 첨부하였으니 본인이 면접 대상자인지 확인후 해당하는 면접에 참여하시기 바랍니다. 또한 아직 면접 일정이 나오지 않은 학과의 경우 추후 안내할 예정이니 참고 바랍니다.

1. 면접기간:
   2026. 01. 06.(화) ~ 01. 08.(수)

2. 면접장소 및 시간:
   학과별로 상이하오니, 반드시 본인의 면접일자와 시간을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 화상 또는 전화 면접 진행 (한국시간 기준)
  (화상면접의 경우 인터넷,  오디오등  사전에 면접 환경 준비 및 확인 필요)
  (면접 참여시 화상면접의 경우 참여자의 ID를 수험번호 + 본인의 풀네임 기재)

• 일부 학과는 대면(방문) 면접을 요구하므로, 해당자는 반드시 정해진 일시에 지정된 장소에서 면접에 참여해야 합니다.

• 첨부파일을 다운로드하여 면접 세부 일정 확인 요망

• 유의사항:

• 국내 체류자 중 대면 면접 대상자는 외국인등록증 또는 여권을 지참하고, 면접 시작 20분 전까지 면접장소에 도착하여 대기 바랍니다.

• 대리 면접 적발 시 불합격 처리되며 Zoom 면접 부정프로그램 사용의심시 불합격 처리 될 수 있습니다.

• 면접 미응시자는 불합격 처리됩니다.

• 3회 이상 화상/전화 연결 실패 시 불합격 처리됩니다.

• 연락처 기재 오류, 공지사항 미확인 등으로 인해 면접에 불참할 경우 모든 책임은 지원자 본인에게 있으며, 불합격 처리됩니다.

[Jeonbuk National University Graduate School Interview Schedule – Spring 2026 Admission (3rd Round)]

Dear Applicant,

We are pleased to inform you of the interview schedule for the 2026 Spring Semester Graduate School Admission (Round 3).

Please refer to the attached files to confirm whether you have been selected for an interview and participate in the interview as scheduled.
For departments without a confirmed interview schedule, further details will be announced later.

1. Interview Period:
   January 6 (Tue) –  January 8 (Thu), 2026

2. Interview Schedule:

   • The interview time and location vary depending on the department.

   • All interview times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

   • Please download the attached file to check your detailed interview schedule.

   • Applicants are requested to set their Zoom display name as their application number and full name when joining the Zoom meeting.

 

Important Notes:

 

• For in-person interviews: Applicants must arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time and bring either their Alien Registration Card or Passport for identification.

• If someone else attends the interview on your behalf, your application will be disqualified immediately.

• Any suspected use of unauthorized programs during the Zoom interview may result in disqualification.

• Failure to attend the interview will result in automatic disqualification.

• If you fail to connect more than three times via video/phone, you will be disqualified.
  (For online interviews, it is necessary to prepare and check the interview environment in advance, including internet connection, video, and audio and participants are also requested to set ID to appplicant's application number or full name)

• If you miss the interview due to incorrect contact information or failure to read the notice, you will be disqualified. The applicant is fully responsible for keeping their contact details up to date and checking all notifications.
